I am dedicated to helping families and individuals achieve their goals and improve their ability to deal with the changes in their lives. It is my goal to help you find the answers to your life situation and provide you with the support to continue growing and moving towards a healthier and happier life.

Ten years ago started in private practice at Betsabé Rubio, LMFT, LPC. 2021 marked the beginning of Restoring Balance, PLLC.

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist- Supervisor and Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor providing a broad spectrum of services including Neurofeedback.
Obtained a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Mary’s University with a specialization in Neurofeedback.
Bilingual Spanish-English with firsthand knowledge and understanding of the Hispanic culture.
Experience in various areas, specializing in the treatment of relationship issues, anxiety, depression, life change issues, and trauma due to sexual abuse or domestic violence.
Provide supervision to LMFT-Associates and LPC-Associates.
