    I have always been amazed by nature’s resilience to revive itself when adversity creates setbacks and its capability to thrive even in harsh conditions. Nature possesses the critical balance of the many elements necessary for sustainability. As humans, we also have the capacity to overcome setbacks. I often work with individuals who suffer from a variety of problems, such as anxiety, depression, insomnia, stress, or even adjustment to living with a chronic illness. They are often looking for a way to find balance and move forward in their lives.

   My many years working in sleep medicine and in a medical setting combined with my training and experience as a clinical psychologist puts me in a unique position to help you explore how the physical, emotional, and thinking parts of you can create an imbalance inside. Furthermore, I can help you to find harmony with each of these areas as I am passionate about helping achieve better mental health.

Losing our inner balance can create all sorts of challenges and struggles, often making one feel on an island alone. Know that you do not have to be on this journey alone. I will work alongside you to help guide you to your path of inner balance.

     In addition to therapy services I also offer psychological testing as well as health related therapy for insomnia, chronic pain, and chronic illness.
