I often get asked how I go through day after day of listening to others and their troubles. I always talk about the gift of being part of people’s journey to find themselves, but in addition there are things that I do to keep myself healthy and productive.
I truly enjoy the concept of mindfulness because it prompts me to slow down and take a deep breath. I hope that you can bring moments of mindfulness to your experience by taking small steps towards acceptance.
